I am getting a settlement of nearly 00 to be paid every two weeks for the next year. I was wondering if i should get a structured settlement so i can get the cash now and pay off the last of my debts. But i dont want to if they are going to take a big chunk of my settlement. What is the average percentage that these companies would take?
