Anybody out there recieve a injury settlement for whiplash?

Just wondering how much to expect from a whiplash, rear end accident. Completely other drivers fault, she even admitted it on police report! I have missed 150 hrs of work and about 3000 in medical bills! it happened in december 06 and I still have a crooked neck Please Help

oh lord… id expect MAYBE 1k or so over your medical bills and lost wages. If your thinking anymore… your in for a rude awakening. This is a soft tissue injury – its just whiplash- it should have gotten better within 6-8 weeks untreated. please dont think you wont the lottery.
la428282 you seem to think that soft tissue is not a real injury and just throwing chump change should be enough I wish you would live in my shoes and feel the pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night The constant pain that I feel in my back 24/7 I asked the doctor if they have a cure for the bulging disk he said no Now do I have to get injections in my back for life or just a few years ? New bed pillows all in an attempt to make my pain less “Its just whiplash” is such a condescending blanket term Everyone heals differently and handles pain differently Most people are not looking to hit the lottery they are looking to get any future medical treatment paid for a period of time and not to mention for the injury that was caused by a reckless driver
